3. Reflect: spend 15-30 minutes journaling in response to the liturgy.

You reflection can be free form, or you can respond to one or more of these questions:

1) Judas was more concerned with Mary's discipleship than his own.  In what ways does your attention to your own discipleship need to grow?

2) How do you treasure Jesus the way that Mary did?  How can that grow?

4. Do:

1) Third coloring page.

2) Scent for home:

1. Fill a medium sized pot 3/4 full of water.

2. Look around your kitchen and find what smells good... spices, fruits, flavorings

3. Decide what would be good together and add it to the pot of water

4. Bring it to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer.

5. Let it simmer and fill the air with the comfort of aroma.

6. When you are finished, you can pour the content into a jar and put in on the stove for 3  or 4 more days.

You can also go outside and find plant material of different shapes and textures.  Collect it and put it in a bowl or basket.  You can add spices or dried herbs or scented oil, if you have this on hand.

After making either of these potpourri, take a moment to sit and let the aroma waken your senses and bring to mind memories and thoughts.  Give thanks for all that God has given you.

5. Share: join a video conference call at 4pm

(Mia will email you the link.)

6. Pray: spend some time in personal prayer today
